Job Description - Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the Coffee Shop. - Ensure development and training of the shop staff are done periodically. - Responsible in achieving a high guest and associate satisfaction. - Ensures consistency in the Brand Standard. - Coordinates with the chefs for the consistency of the menu and guest feedback.
