Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description Manage social media program and networks including development of social media content strategy to support engagement, SEO/SEM and brand awareness. Manage websites and mobile platforms and devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites. Design, build and maintain our social media presence Identify and implement methods to improve organic search rankings of all communities and the company. Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of digital marketing programs and initiatives, making changes to support business goals. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Apply creativity and innovation in developing content that will engage consumers and enhance the brand. Work closely with other departments to develop and integrate both offline and online activities. Stay current on digital media tools, platforms and industry trends. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing environment. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, social media lead generation, display advertising and paid advertising campaigns.
