Background:
The Development Program Division closely works with country program team in identifying, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects and program in collaboration with local, national and international partners.
It focuses on the Recovery and Development of strategic areas and support communities to develop a sustainable livelihood, coherent Islamic micro finance system, food security, water sanitation, social cohesion and community based infrastructure projects to support communities affected by conflict, civil war, natural and man-made disasters. The overall objectives of the development division are to alleviate poverty and suffering of human kinds   by providing them with long term sustainable programme in collaboration with international donors, INGOs and UN agencies.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Collect and consolidate all data and information relate to ProjectRefer base line and track the progress Involve in design end line analysisProvide quantitative and qualitative analysis to the project team for decision making Review and track the progress of the LFA Support the project staff to conduct monitoring and evaluation activities for the project Regular contact with partners and targeted communities.Work in coordination with IRY overall M&E officer
Monitoring and Reporting ProgressCompile monthly and periodical monitoring reportSupport the Development Program Manager in preparing reports specially the Log Frame with quantitative and qualitative informationDocument Project Success and progress systematicallyIdentifying the documents best practices and breakthroughs Document process of implementation and project successDevelop a process based case stories by selecting individuals in the field
Monitoring the project outcomes & results based on the Log FrameWork closely with the IRY M&E officer Follow Islamic Relief QMS for effective project implementation and monitoring of the project Perform assigned related task by the supervisor   Requirements:

 Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Development studies or related field Excellent Arabic and English verbal and writing skills. Excellent computer knowledge and experience Training in M&E is an added advantage Good interpersonal and leadership skills with commitment to IRY values and working styles. Good skills in presentation, documentation and information management. Good networking, facilitation and co-ordination skills.
