Quality Assurance Senior Manager

About the Job 1. Establish general guidelines and requirements for QAQC and HSE during Construction.2. Manage and direct consultants as required to meetfollow the established QC and HSE construction requirements.

3. ReviewApprove QAQC and HSE site organization key personnel CVs QAQC and HSE Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.

4 Monitor all Quality related contractual obligations related submittals and maintain an uptodate register of all Quality and HSE critical matters.

5. Perform periodic audits on consultants and contractors in accordance with ISO 90012000 at the area of Quality and OSHA at the area of HSE.6. Ensure handing over of completed projects to Emaar Facilities Management Department on a timely manner and to the required standards. Job Requirements 1. BSc Degree Civil Engineering Architecture Building Science or similar.2. More than 15 years post graduate experience preferably in construction company development consulting firm as Resident Engineer or Site Agent.3. Minimum 2 years regional local market experience in construction company development firm consulting firm as QAQC Manager.4. Excellent contract knowledge programming skill and awareness of Quality ControlAssurance procedures as per ISO 90012000 and Industry Safety standards as per OSHA standards.4. Competencies required are excellent organization and prioritization abilities Analytical skill interpersonal skills with all levels of people in industry.5. Good command of spoken and written English language.
