MAM International seeks qualified candidates for the position of Logistics Coordinator. The position would be in the Logistics Department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:                  
1-    Coordinate Shipments with respective Departments and keep them updated                       2-    Follow-up and ensure Shipments are delivered in the least possible time and in good condition                       3-    Send Freight RFQs to Forwarders/Agents, negotiate lowest possible rates and conclude contracts                       4-    Follow-up with Suppliers and ensure all shipment documentations are in order                       5-    Keep respective Departments updated on their individual shipments' status                       6-    Maintain and update data base of Forwarders and Agents                       7-    Insure all shipments against damage/loss                       8-    Other duties as deemed necessary                      

Qualifications & Experience:                          1-    B.Sc Degree in Business Administration                       2-     One to two years experience in Logistics would be preferable                       3-    Excellent Computer skills including Outlook, Word etc.                       4-    Strong interpersonal/leadership skills and ability to work under pressure                       5-    Strong teamwork, problem solving and time-management skills.                       6-    Fluent communication both oral and writen in English is a must.
