A local financial institution with international partners is currently seeking to recruit Yemeni highly qualified employees in the following positions
Human Resources Manager
Main duties and responsibilities
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs and practices.
Required experience qualifications and skills for the position
Bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration with 4 to 5 years related experience.
Financial institution work experience will be an asset.
Experience in recruitment and hiring is also a must.
Extensive Knowledge of Yemen Government and Labor law rules amp regulations.
Excellent language skills in Arabic and English reading writing and spoken
Knowledge in the recruitment systems and social networking.
Has a Record of accomplishments in hisher previous job.
Chief Financial Officer
Main duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the all of the Financial institution's fiscal operating results utilizing generally accepted accounting principles such as cost accounting budgets regulatory agency and government reports ensuring the safeguard of institution assets. Counsels senior management on fiscal control and profitability prepares presents and interprets financial reports to senior management adheres to tax laws and regulatory compliance to properly reflect the financial position of the institution. Directs accounting department activities provides leadership training and supervision within the department provides a high level of customer relations and service and ensures compliance with institution policies and procedures. Assists in attaining established institution and department financial goals.
Required experience qualifications and skills for the position
Bachelor's degree B. A. in accounting financial management or equivalence master is an advantage.
4 to 5 years related experience in financial institutions. Preferably in the field of Islamic microfinance.
Excellent language skills in Arabic and English reading writing and spoken.
Experience in Preparing Financial Statements both in Arabic and English.
Ability to use computers and accounting apps with leadership skills.
Has a Record of accomplishments in hisher previous job.
Legal Advisor
Main duties and responsibilities
Responsible for administering all legal matters pertaining to institution’s operational and business functions. Provide legal advice to all departments of the financial institution. Preparation and review of all agreements and contracts legal representation of our institution internally and externally
Required experience qualifications and skills for the position
Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 45 years’ experience in Financial Institution Legal Administration
Excellent communication skills of English and Arabic.
Must have adequate skills in computer applications. 
Complex Problem Solving skills decision Making negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of local and international laws court procedures government regulations.
